Case Study: Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is a “home- away-from-home” for families of seriously ill children from across the Carolinas and the country, who are receiving medical treatment at hospitals in Charlotte, North Carolina. During short-term or extended hospital stays, the House will provide a safe haven for families to rest, eat and find support from one another and the community as they cope with their children’s medical needs.

Working with the local retailer who sold the product to the house and The ALMO Corporation, together we were able to make this 12- unit transaction seamless for all involved with as little disruption to the families and facility as possible. The retailer developed the relationship with the RMH and other business is the community to promote and sell True Commercial Laundry. When the need for On- Premise Laundry is necessary to operate the business successfully and the need for a business tool is required for trustworthiness in the equipment that keeps each organization operating smoothly.

Free Laundry to the families that call the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte home. The machines needed to be durable for as many as 15 to 20 loads per machine are required daily. In addition, the facility itself uses these machines for the general needs of the home. Residential units did not stand up and after careful consideration and testing, the Crossover was selected as “True Commercial” met the demands of the many families and facility.
